Isn't it possible that Ciel's blue hair strand is simply underneath his hat? I haven't seen any instances of him taking it off, so...
- This promotional image for the baby hedgehog mascot tshirts uses the default hairstyles for all the character's 3rd jobs. If needed I'll provide an image of just Ciel ingame too later, though this matches what others have told me through text. The hairclips are there and all so I dont think it's a custom hairstyle. --ED Senne (talk) 23:28, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
