I'm no NA player, but based on the date, I don't think LuCiel got theirs. It was the first release of the IM Fever event in PH so we happen to have it. I can't really say if it'll be back again. Mysterious El Lord Power Set
i saw you uploaded pics of lu/ciel with the set effect, did NA get their chronicles? MEL got released before lu/ciel so that means there is a chance to get them again as an item mall fever in the future?

Anyway... I'm no NA player, but based on the date, I don't think LuCiel got theirs. It was the first release of the IM Fever event in PH so we happen to have it. I can't really say if it'll be back again. KOG doesn't seem to be fond of re-releasing events nowadays.
