ED Senne: I understand your thought behind Diabolic Disaster, really, but it's opening a can of worms we'd rather keep closed. The moment an external buff that is not inherent to the skill itself is mention, people will start doing the same for other skills. We dont even list Blood Hit on CAv despite that applying no matter what.

If you're going to put "Without buffs" on Diabolic Disaster, be aware that you'll have to do so for practically other skill too to keep it consistent. "Without buffs" is the default for the wiki, so there's no need to mention it.

Katalina Wulfenbach: But then what's the point of putting "lowest Physical Damage of all Hyper Actives in the game" when it does 20,750.6% Physical Damage with Bloodlust? Isn't that completely misleading???

It still is, compared to the other hypers on their own, the weakest physical one. And if you were to include every single buff a class can get on their own, I'd argue it's still pretty subpar. There's also non-standard buffs that make some hypers functionally more powerful than others, like Add Damage or Maximize (such as IS) or just the fact that some classes have much higher default Attack Power.

Again using IS as example, he has, together with Crimson Avenger, the highest base Physical Attack, and his hyper is 16k% buff-less. Demonio in comparison has a much lower base Physical Attack, so even if that hyper did say, 17k% buff-less, chances are it would still be weaker.

There's too many factors, which is why we simply put the base % up against eachother: "If the same character with the exact same stats used these skills, one would be more powerful, the other weaker". EDIT: Also, keep in mind the "weakest physical hyper" is on the 13.7k% line, NOT the 15.4k% line. Even with bloodlust, BEFORE the damage increase patch, it was a mere 16k%. So even buffed it's incredibly subpar for a hyper currently in NA.
