Tips and Details
- Any debuff inflicted has the chance to create a flower. However debuffs such as Leg Wound, Helpless, etc. have no effect on the passive.
- There seems to be a glitch where, if Blooming Flame activates while the character is standing still, the flower will not appear. Occasionally, the outline of the flower will appear, but can not trigger the buff.
Updates
- 11/07/2013 KR
- Cannot absorb Helpless debuff.
- Cooldown time increased.
