Tips and Details
- Cooldown extension applies to all skills in skill slots.
- If a skill already has cooldown, the cooldown will be extended if hit by EMP Shock.
- Cooldown extension can only reach a maximum of 20 seconds.
- The Cooldown extension and MP Burn will work as long as you are in the range, regardless of being knocked down or having invincibility.
- EMP Shock is the only Overlimit Skill that is not affected by Dynamo Research - Configuration.
Updates

- Fixed bug where people could get hit by debuff even when not getting hit by the skill.
- Fixed debuff effect appearing before the hit.

- Mana Burn count decreased.
- Changed so Cooldown doesn't exceed Skill's reuse time.
- Fixed issue of hitbox size being different than debuff area size.
