The Enemy DebuffHoly StigmaEnemy DebuffHoly Stigma explosions act like Active skill hits, triggering on-hit effects. Naturally, effects that require the use of command attacks, e.g. the El Tear Fragment effect "All Defense for 5 seconds upon attacking" (which also does not work for active skills) won't work for Holy Stigma.
