Why did this category start appearing all of a sudden? '-'

I checked Wikipedia's page about this, and I, particularly, didn't use any of the expensive parser function calls the article mentioned in Queen's Throne... so why did the page get added to the category?

What does a page being added to this category mean? Does this mean we should change our editing policies? Or should we change the built-in parser limit, which is 500 in Wikipedia (though I think it's more convenient to settle with something lower, like 200~300)?
