Description: When Chung gets stagger from enemy hits, by using guard, he will be able to activate super armor for the start of the skill, allowing him to enter guard mode while getting hit. (Only applicable in dungeons) |-| KR= Name: Patience, Patience, Patience (인내, 인내, 인내)
Description: Cooldown Increased by 4 Seconds. When Chung gets stagger from enemy hits, by using guard, he will be able to activate super armor for the start of the skill, allowing him to enter guard mode while getting hit.


Tips and Details

  • Hold the skill key down to have infinite guard.
    • However, you cannot block attacks from behind.
    • You can press Z or X to launch an attack after you receive damage and enter Heavy Stance.
  • Unlike normal heavy stance, when you receive damage, Chung will only go into heavy stance for about 0.5 ~ 1 second, meaning that you would need to counter straight away after receiving damage. However, you can also choose to continue guarding by holding the skill key even after entering heavy stance.
  • This skill can be used to delay the animations of certain skills. 5-1 boss can spin and guard can be held down while you are taking damage, then you can use Pandemonium, Pain of Caladblog, etc.

      • MP is slowly drained while guarding.

    • SP requirement changed (Unlock 3 SP, Leveling 2 SP).
  • 5/15/14 KR
    • Changes so it starts with Cannonball fire.
      • Cooldown time changed to 6 seconds. MP cost increased by 5

Trivia

  • As long as you are near a wall, you can guard against any move (exceptions are moves like Rune Slayer's XZZ that hit behind you, otherwise, this skill works normally).
