[Special Active] Unleash a blazing phoenix that flies skyward, scorching enemies within range. It then crashes back down into the caster's body, temporarily enhancing your movement speed, air speed and MP recovery. You will also be able to absorb various magical projectiles as MP. | |

- Phoenix Talon is unlocked through the High Branch Skill Quest. The quest can be obtained at Lv32 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
