Tips and Details

• The Whistle inflicts heavy hitstun and stops the opponent in place for a short time after getting hit.
• The buff affects the skill itself, so it can easily be up all the time.
  • If not cancelled, the actual cooldown is only 3.2 seconds, or 2.56 seconds with Haste.
• It is fairly uncommon to get the buff cancelled prematurely by reaching the hit durability, albeit possible. However, its cooldown is short enough for you to re-cast it on demand.
