While being rather costly, the skill has excellent reach, hitting everything within the ring of petals on the edges of the skill.
The bind effect acts much like the FreezeFreeze status would (while also consuming Freeze ticks), and can allow you to skip certain boss HP thresholds, if timed correctly.
