Affected By Action Speed

The explosion does not happen until the arrow reaches solid ground. Given enough spacing from the ground, the arrows might dissipate quicker than reaching it, and thus not exploding at all.
This skill makes you jump while in midair and allows you to perform any action afterwards, so it can be used to fly assuming no cooldowns or in combination with Record.
