I did some testing recently, and I'm noticing that Rau Skills recover and consume less Art than Ganz Skills (in fact, Tenacity Rau skills aren't consume Ganz Art at all). In my case, I was already a level 81 Transcended Schatz Reprise, and none of the passives I have mention this, so I don't know if this was being caused by a passive or if that's just how it is.

That was totally my bad, I hadn't understood it well until now. I did a bit of testing too and got the hang of it. The reason why the amount of points was different between Rau and Ganz skills is because Ganz changes more points than Rau overall, and the reason why Tenacity Rau skills don't consume Ganz points at all is because of Riled. I also had misunderstood Riled; in my defense, the tooltip was confusing. But it's pretty easy: the amount of increased points increase by 2 and the amount of decreased points decrease by 2. So normally, upon using a Tenacity Rau skill Ganz would decrease by 2: with Riled it doesn't change at all because 2-2=0.
