- The buff this skill gives has a shorter duration than the cooldown, so it can't be kept up all the time, even if you reduce the skill's cooldown. That's the point. Ritsu (talk) 18:57, 15 November 2021 (CET)
- So I did some math, and it seems like it's believed that the lowest you can get the cooldown is just slightly over 19 seconds (since it takes a couple seconds to cast, and the buff is applied once you can move). But isn't El Affected Paradigm a thing? Even with just the initial 10% it gives, it's possible to reach the Master Skill Cooldown cap of 35% by combining it with an Artifact's Artifact System#Hidden Power and a 5% or higher Artifact Necklace. 65% of 49 is 31.85, and half of that is 15.925. Granted, you still need a Nyx Pieta to get it that low, which isn't really reliable. FlareKyn (talk) 19:25, 15 November 2021 (CET)
