Blazing Wing can deal 4,128% Magical Damage on a single target.
After first hit, damage is reduced as distance traveled. By how much can it be reduced to and the rate are, however, still unclear.

Although this skill is named Blazing Wing, in-game dub was changed to Blaze Wing
