Description: Defense will double for 4 seconds after using Counterattack.

Tips and Details

• Counter Attack's hit frame only lasts for one second, so timing is vital (even more precise as it doesn't have instant activation like Reflective Kick).
• There is a trick to extending the stance by holding the skill button (the hint is the "!?" reaction Elsword has when you just tap it).
• Counter Attack will block most physical attacks, most projectiles (which get reflected), and some Special Actives.
  • Counter Attack will not be able to block any of Add's commands except his X combo.
• In PvP, you can use Counter Attack to counter and launch the opponent if they were to attack back while they are knocked down.
• This must be used with caution since Counter Attack will not counter magic-based attacks like Explosive Fist or Energy Absorption, attacks that hit your back, or most Special Actives (some can be countered such as Berserker Blade, Bloody Accel, Mega Slash, and Shadow Press). It also cannot counter attacks that inflict Stun or Power Stun.
• Counter Attack should not be used against a Super Armored opponent as the counter will not snap the foe out of Super Armor, rendering you completely defenseless after Elsword performs Counter Attack.
• This skill pairs well with Pain Suppression since it can be used repeatedly to trigger the passive's effect.
