Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

This skill is useful against grouped mobs because this skill has an Initial Hit that applies once per target.
This skill does massive damage in combination with Install - Drone Activator.
The disks deal one extra Disk Barrage hit if Mastermind has the transcendent skill A.I. Upgrade.
Actually the in-game description is wrong: the initial hit and disk damage values are swapped. The first hit is the one dealing more damage, while the disk one is the weaker.
