[Passive] Reduces the MP cost of all 'Install' skills (Drone Activator, Shooting Chaser, Ultimate Fury, Starfall). Extends the duration of the Dynamo Factory drones when changing installations. Cooldowns for all other installations will be reduced when changing installations.
