Tips and Details

• The damage increase is considered skill tier damage increase and stacks additively with things like El Resonance or certain rings.
• The special active cooldown decrease will not affect Rakshasa Stance 1 : Soul Reaping.
  • It will, however, affect any other Secret Rakshasa Art skills that are on the skill bar.
