Tips and Details
- Only the first use of any Command Activation Skill will reduce Special Active skill cooldowns. Any additional uses, such as the second cast of Kapow Punch or through the passive effect of Just a Club, will not reduce CD.
- The CD reduction will not apply to any Command Activation Skills that are still in the special skill bar and currently have their CD frozen.
