	[Passive] When a certain number of combos have been reached with commands, the MP cost of skill slot will be reduced.
	Calm Mind When 15 (5 in KR) combo is reached with command, a random Special Active within the skill slot will be selected to have reduced MP cost Command combo will not count again until the selected skill is used If the skill is used within the combo, Counting will be reset.
