When pulling out the Silver Shooter, Chung will inflict damage which is not stated in the tooltip.
Since the shot arcs in a "diagonal" direction, it makes the skill's range in flat surface very poor so this skill can be more useful to snipe foes that are down slopes and down other ground layers assuming they are in the line of fire.
