Description: 33% chance of maximum 30% magic attack decrease, debuff duration +1 sec

• What the Skill Note really does is giving Mind Break a 33% chance to last for an additional 1 second. If this chance procs, there is a 25% chance of reducing the total of the already reduced magic attack damage by an additional 30.33% of the default magic attack reduction (Tested by VinceKnight).

Tips and Details

Icon indicating Magical Attack Reduction.

• Targets that receive the debuff will have the Mind Break icon above them.
• Only the targeted opponent will receive the debuff. Other enemies surrounding the target will not receive the debuff but will receive the damage and hitstun.
• When used on an invincible target or a knocked down target in PvP, the debuff will apply, but the enemy will take no damage.
• After learning ESP, Mind Break can target several opponents.
