Tips and Details

• Mortal Fear can deal up to 3,921% (1,194% in PvP) Physical Damage.
• The first hit of Demonic Energy Release will already apply the Demonic Energy Explosion debuff, causing the 3 remaining hits to always do 20% more damage.
• Entering and exiting Madness only to cast this skill can prove helpful in increasing the damage output of your regular skills.
