Psychic Storm can deal up to 4,528% (1,304% in PvP) Magical Damage. In Dynamo Configuration Mode, it can deal up to 9,622% (2,771% in PvP) Magical Damage with 3 DMP.
- With Empowered, it can deal up to 5,433.6% (1,564.8% in PvP) Magical Damage. In Dynamo Configuration Mode, it can deal up to 11,546.4% (3,325.2% in PvP) Magical Damage with 3 DMP.
The attack rate of the plasma tornado is 10 hits per second.

This skill has a small chance of encountering a bug that turns Add into a wire-frame model.
Despite the tooltip calling the buff Plasma Convergence the buff that Add actually receives is called Quicksilver Frenzy
