	[Active] Fire powerful bullets into the air that knock the target up. When cast, loads up Silver Bullets, strengthening normal bullet commands for the duration.
	ECP Using Skill Consumes ECP instead of MP. Upon activating Over Strike, skill cannot be used.
	Final Enhanced Skill Increases ECP cost by 5 while strengthening the Silver Bullet buff. [Silver Bullet]'s buff duration is increased by 5 seconds, and the effect is increased by 10%.

Tips and Details

• Currently, [Enhanced] is glitched and does not increase command damage to 125%. It remains 115%.
• The Silver Bullet buff is indicated by Rose's bullets turning bright blue.
• The buff is already active before her Rising Shot, meaning it will still be applied even if you fail to complete the animation.
• This skill has an invincibility frame when casting. (You will be vulnerable after the casting)
