For Schwert Platzen, Ruler of the Abyss will only increase the damage of the initial attack (Power Release).
The additional Attack Speed increase is added after the current Attack Speed stat is calculated.
Encroaching Chaos is visually shown as a dark stigma radiating from the center of the victim. Each stack will increase the size.
