Tips and Details

• The  Self BuffInitiateSelf BuffInitiate duration will refresh itself when the activation requirements are met.
• In PvE, the activation timer begins the moment after you are hit, meaning that you would have to get hit continuously in under 3 second intervals for the buff duration to completely run out.
