Are ECP Usage increase/decrease buffs or nerfs? Or rather... adjustments? I'd take them all as buffs now, because you need only 2 skills to enter Over Strike. --Ritsu (talk) 10:13, 8 August 2019 (EDT)
- I'd consider it all a buff since they made them 35 across the board, ensuring you never need more than 2 to enter Overstrike and can use any 2 you want to use now. --ED Senne (talk) 10:19, 8 August 2019 (EDT)
