Tips and Details
- Unlike many other evasion skills, the jump is not optional. However, you are able to perform an air dash immediately after leaving the ground, and potentially counter with skills that can be used in midair such as High Speed or [Mod] Spell: Ellipse of Blades.
- Possible bug: While the timing is strict, there is a very small window between the tumble and the jump where other actions can be performed, such as entering awakening mode, or using a skill, which will cancel the jump entirely.
- This is generally preferred instead of interrupting the jump afterwards, as the invincibility frames end shortly after you jump, and skills that can let you counter-attack quickly from midair are somewhat rare, aside from the aforementioned High Speed.
|Between its initial release and the 07/04/2019 KR Patch, Tempest Dance was a Special Active skill that consisted of a series of spear slashes and could be canceled to regain Spirit Energy.|
