Regarding the passive tips, please explain what you mean that the passive can be applied to yourself and allies if you need to use certain skills to activate?

Yes, u can get the debuff in yourself and your allies if there is a enemy that can apply u bleeding debuff, thats happen to me and my mates today in our 20-1 farm, where the boss applies us bleeding and then BQ's passive Bloody Thirst Critical Damage Debuff appears on us at the same time Blood Zone buff, probably its a strange interaction with that two factors, I took this Clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SW3X0dgbPc

Probably Bloody Zone has to be active for the bug too, since the debuff ask u for bleeding and also hit an unique skill like Blood Falls, probably the game count buffing like hitting
i doubt it, from the clip you were not in the bloody zone area
But the buff of the zone appears for 1 sec, my bar/row/line of buffs (of allies) is the last one, above the debuffs, i'll test it more tmr with mates
