Tips and Details
- Every hit inflicts Fear, so if the first hit lands, all the other hits will do the additional damage from the Fear debuff.
- The damage of the additional hit is based on the character that triggers it.
- Fear debuff can be overwritten by Pandemonium's Fear debuff.
