Tips and Details
- Because Gathered Souls are consumed for certain skills, these skills will never gain the benefits from the Critical Damage increase. This includes Spectral Spear and Eschaton (Force).
- It is best to begin your skill rotation with one of the soul-using skills, then follow up with Soul Extortion right away so the rest of your rotation retains the Critical Damage bonus.
- In situations where it may be difficult to retain your souls, such as in highly geared parties, it may be more optimal to simply not use skills such as Spectral Spear to help in maintaining them for either Critical Damage or Eschaton's size and range increase.
- The Critical Damage increase is multiplicative with the Critical Damage modifier. It will not affect bonus modifiers from equipment.
