	[Special Active: Strength] After binding enemies in a wide range in front, snipe them down. Sniping damage increases the more enemies are bound, and when there are more than 5 targets bound, inflicts all bound enemies with a debuff that decreases all speeds for a certain amount of time.

Tips and Details

• The damage of the snipe attack is determined by the amount of enemies that were bound by the fence. If there were 8 enemies in the area, a single snipe does 8,000% Physical Damage.
  • If an enemy is defeated, the number of shots will decrease as well.
• Ciel will snipe once at each target bound, so with 8 enemies in the area, he will fire once at each of them.
• The sniping shots deal splash damage, which can cause some incredibly devastating effects.
  • Taking the same 8 amount of enemies again where each snipe is 8,000% Physical Damage, grouping them together near a wall or similarly will cause the full 8 shots to hit every enemy there, dealing a whopping 64,000% Physical Damage.
  • This is further helped by the Critical skill trait, which will cause the skill to ignore defense and guard, allowing this skill to deal vast amounts of damage in Secret Dungeons and Hero Mode.
