Gust Storm can deal a total of 7,711% (2,783% in PvP) Magical Damage. With Empowered trait it can deal a total of 9,253.2% (3,339.6% in PvP) Magical Damage.
This skill is best used on Super Armored/frozen enemies for the maximum number of hits. You can also make use of platforms to compensate for the lifting.
This skill consists of two pillars overlapping each other and each pillar does 11 hits. The target will receive more hits if they are closer towards the center.
