[Hyper Active] Chung fires a special rocket into the air to summon a storm of various projectiles that explode upon impact with targets, hitting the ground, or traveling a set distance. The final rocket shot by the storm is huge and explodes a short while after hitting the ground. |

Tips and Details
- The final rocket does unlisted physical damage if makes contact with anything on its way down.
- Chung is able to move after firing the vortex-generating missile.
- Satellite Rain displays a max of 19 damage values on a single target before the quantum ballista, but the actual amount of hits (as indicated by awakening charge) is over double this amount. No damage values are shown for these extra hits because they do no damage.
Trivia
- Projectiles include standard blue skull and crossbones rockets, red Disfrozen rockets used in the Commander's Mark's note, Carpet Bombing bomblets and a final rocket similar to Artillery Strike - Quantum Ballista.
