When using [Chain Blade] skills, there is a chance to reduce the cooldown of all skills (Excluding Wedding/Hyper Active). When using a Chain Revolver/Blade skill, inflicts Deep Wound when hitting an enemy inflicted with Bleed. |

- Cooldown Reduction effect is based on the original cooldown of the skills. It's not affected by "Haste", "Heavy", "Reversed", "Powerful", and "Ruthless" traits.
