When using [Chain Blade] skill, there is a chance to reduce cooldown time for all skills (Wedding/Hyper Active excluded). When using Chain Revolver/Blade skill, when an enemy with a [Bleed] state is attacked, apply an additional [Weaken Wound] debuff.
