	[Passive] Improves Chain Revolver/Blade and deals even more damage to bleeding enemies. When using [Chain Blade] skill, there is a chance to reduce cooldown time for all skills (Wedding/Hyper Active excluded). When using Chain Revolver/Blade skill, when an enemy with a [Bleed] state is attacked, apply an additional [Weaken Wound] debuff.
	Weaken Wound Decreases all Defense and MP recovery for 5 seconds.

Cooldown Reduction effect is based on the original cooldown of the skills. It's not affected by "Haste", "Heavy", "Reversed", "Powerful", and "Ruthless" traits.
Cooldown Reduction effect occurs quickly after skill cast, allowing Chain Blade skills to lower their own cooldown when cast.
