[Passive] Freeze System has been upgraded so that the heat from heavy weaponry will be cooled to allow faster battle. Max MP is increased. When  Self BuffOver Strike ModeSelf BuffOver Strike Mode is active, reduce the cooldown of all skills every time heavy weaponry is used.
