Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

As the Thunder Storm travel and dealing continuous damage, spawn lightning everytime it hits. The number of hits a target can receive will vary due to their size or length.
- Enemy with character-sized will take at least 6 hits from both thunder and lightning part. Training Monkey in Training Room can hit vary from 6-10 hits.
- Even though Thunder and Lightning hits are both occur together, sometimes it going off-sync.
The Lightning that is created by this skill can deal splash damage, allowing for high damage on tightly grouped enemies.
The travel range of the storm is about the length of your screen. And it can follow curves too.
The storm will not stop at walls.
If the storm falls off the edge of a platform, it will drop to the ground or next platform and continue moving.
Since Ara will jump forward when using this skill. Be sure to keep distance from enemy or trying to go back up a bit. Using skill at point-blank range may cause her to jump over target, or summon thunderstorm behind target. Dealing minimal damage.
This skill going very well with Fox Illusion. Since it drag non-superarmor enemies forward and group them together causing this skill to do much more damage.

In the past, [Mod] Spell: Thunder was a Special Active skill which functioned identically to its original counterpart except it exchanged its buff for more upfront damage.
