Terror Chain

	[Active] Attack enemies from the front. If the See tips and details enemy that is hit has the Enemy DebuffCreeping TerrorEnemy DebuffCreeping Terror debuff, then 'Burst of Terror' will automatically be activated on enemies nearby. The level of Enemy DebuffCreeping TerrorEnemy DebuffCreeping Terror will determine the damage of 'Burst of Terror'. Enemies hit by it will have their Action Speed reduced by 40% for 6 seconds.
	Switching Skill (Lu/Ciel) Ciel will switch to Lu when skill is used. Lu will switch to Ciel when skill is used. Gain 1 Combination Point after hitting the target when switching.
	Final Enhanced Skill Chain Effect Range is increased by 1.5 times.

Unlike what the description states, the initial target does not require Enemy DebuffCreeping TerrorEnemy DebuffCreeping Terror stacks for the chain effect to trigger on nearby targets that do have the debuff.
Only enemies hit by the chained Burst of Terror will be affected by Enemy DebuffSlow MotionEnemy DebuffSlow Motion, not those hit by the skill itself if they had no Enemy DebuffCreeping TerrorEnemy DebuffCreeping Terror stacks.
