Iron Paladin

Specialty

Like the Fury Guardian, the Iron Paladin also relies on sheer strength and brute force. The Iron Paladin acts as the tank of the battlefield, effortlessly blocking any attack while at the same time, annihilating any enemy no matter how big it is. Making craters as large as the battlefield itself and protecting his teammates at all costs with its impenetrable defenses, the Iron Paladin will destroy anything that is deemed a threat to its mighty presence.

Background

Chung's strong desire and wishes to protect everyone as a Guardian had reinforced the Freiturnier and made it more impervious to damage, turning him into the Iron Paladin. By blocking the attacks along with the opponent's field of view, the Iron Paladin overwhelms his adversaries with the inundating might of judgement that they will inevitably face!

Second Class Advancement

At Lv35, Fury Guardian can advance into Iron Paladin. The second class advancement quest is obtained from Ariel, the event NPC located in every town

Trivia

  • Unlike all other characters, Chung's in-game model actually changes after the 2nd job advancement, having him grow much taller then before.
Going from even smaller then Aisha to only being shorter than Raven and Ara. The same applies to Deadly Chaser and Tactical Trooper as well.
  • When changing into his Berserk Mode artwork in-game, instead of the in-game portrait transitioning to his standing Berserk pose, it is his skill artwork that is shown instead. Iron Paladin is the only Chung class to have different portraits for his normal and Berserk Mode interface.
  • With help from Fury Guardian's Guard and passives that increases elemental resistance, Iron Paladin can be quite durable after learning his 2nd job passives.
  • Iron Paladin is the only Chung that does NOT have a Berserk-related passive.
