[Passive] Improves Chain Revolver/Blade and deals even more damage to bleeding enemies. When using [Chain Blade] skill, there is a chance to reduce cooldown time for all skills (Wedding/Hyper Active excluded). When using Chain Revolver/Blade skill, when an enemy with a [Bleed] state is attacked, apply an additional [Weaken Wound] debuff. |

- Cooldown Reduction effect is based on the original cooldown of the skills. It's not affected by "Haste", "Heavy", "Reversed", "Powerful", and "Ruthless" traits.
