When Leo symbol overlaps multiple party members, it is given to them based on the order they were invited in.
Leo symbols will not home in on players in invincibility frames, or players who already have max Self/Ally Pick-up BuffLeoSelf/Ally Pick-up BuffLeo stacks.
Leo symbols stay active for 8 seconds.
