When Elesis realizes that she can't make everyone understand her justice, she decides to use a more hands on approach to persuade others even if it may go against her beliefs.

Elesis becomes the Dark Knight, to make her own justice a reality.


First Class Advancement

Completing the following advancement quest or using the Item Mall item: Dark Knight's Mark will change your job to Dark Knight.

After doing the standard combo, fire 2 dark waves that pierce through two targets, hitting up to three targets. Repeatedly pressing will send out more waves. Either stop pressing or firing all waves to release a final wave that pierces all enemies. Waves reduce enemies' MP by 2 MP per hit.

After doing the standard combo, turn around and strike enemies. Continue the combo by releasing evil energy while in Super Armor and finish by knocking them down with a kick. Relesing evil energy can be extended by holding . The back kick can be interrupted by movement, allowing you to continue comboing without knocking enemies away.

combo is reworked; striking enemies with a quick slash instead of the spinning slash. Continue slashing your opponent while in Super Armor with a quick combo attack that launch enemies at the end. You can do the final launch attack by press anytime after the initial combo.

Trivia

  • On Dark Knight/Crimson Avenger job path, Elesis' claymore gains a more blade-like appearance, similarly to Pyro Knight/Blazing Heart, demonstrating Elesis' decision to veer away from her original, formal swordsmanship and develop new weapons/forms of combat.
  • Interestingly enough, Dark Knight/Crimson Avenger does not use blood as a means of damage, only using it as a power boost. Her skill animations are either evil energy or gaps being torn through space.
  • After advancing to Dark Knight, Elesis' character selection screen quote changes to match her new personality.
  • Investigation of official document shows this class was initially called "고스트 나이트 (Ghost Knight)".
