The explosion will already apply the Demonic Energy Explosion debuff, causing the Demonic Release to always do 20% more damage on enemies that can be debuffed.
Entering and exiting Manic Demon Form only to cast this skill can prove helpful in increasing the damage output of your regular skills.
Enemy Damage Received Increase is additive to Awakening multiplier.
