Tips and Details
- Shooting Bind can deal up to 2,992% (832% in PvP) Magical Damage.
- With Empowered, it can deal up to 3,889.6% (1,081.6% in PvP) Magical Damage.
- This skill is affected by Attack Speed.
- Targets in contact with Chung will receive hits normally, even if they weren't in the line of fire.
- You do not have to recast the skill immediately as its reduced cooldown applies for the entire 2 seconds, allowing for other quicker skills to be used in between each casting.
- This property allows you to use
in between Shooting Binds, refreshing or activating the Silver Blessing buff (and the Phantom's Mark debuff as Fatal Phantom) to maximize damage.
