Affected By Action Speed

All buff effects are multiplicative, except Critical Increase which is normalized.
The additional airborne buff is actually its own buff, which means you will get a 10% and a 5% critical damage buff, leading to a total multiplicative critical damage increase of 15.5% in air

The skill is based on DFO's now deleted Female Spitfire skill Servo Nitro, though it grants far more bonuses than simply allowing for more Nitro Motor charges.
