	[Special Active: Tenacity] Grants an ice element to bullets. Upon cast, fire shots forward and inflict enemies with an Enemy DebuffExtreme ColdnessEnemy DebuffExtreme Coldness state.
	Freezing Bullet Changes command bullets to frozen shots. For 15 seconds, all bullets will inflict Enemy DebuffExtreme ColdnessEnemy DebuffExtreme Coldness.
	Over Strike Upon activating Over Strike, skill attack power increases.
	Final Enhanced Skill Debuff duration is increased by 1.5 seconds.

Affected By Action Speed

This buff applied by this skill changes the bullet type and will replace the buff applied by either Rising Shot or Blazing Bullet.
The NA tooltip erroneously states that the bullets apply FreezeFreeze, when they actually apply Extreme ColdnessExtreme Coldness.

The skill is based on DFO's Spitfire skill Freezing Bullet, which has since been deleted and merged with other elemental bullets into the aptly named skill Elemental Bullet.
